Brown Double Lighting Ceramic Table Lamp

Double lighting French ceramic lamp by Georges Pelletier, 1970s.

It is a beautiful ceramic lamp. The light is very soft and allows to highlight the characteristic shapes of Georges Pelletier's decor.

Born in Belgium in 1938, Georges Pelletier is famous ceramist installed in France. During his apprenticeship period, while he's only 16 years old, he joined the Poteries d'Accolay. He created his workshop in Paris in 1961 and collaborates with the company "Maison Bobois" : his ceramics lamps are proposed in the famous french brand catalogue.

Now established in Cannes, he creates ceramic lamps, sculptures and decorative objects. Numerous exhibitions are devoted to his work in New York, Los Angeles, Ibiza, Gstaad or Atlanta.
